Shovava partners with DHL EXPRESS, DHL eCommerce, and AUSTRALIA POST to provide a cost-effective and reliable delivery solution for your online purchase.

The following shipping options are offered upon checkout:

Standard Mail – with tracking – (if your country is listed on DHL’s traceable countries). This offers worldwide coverage for up to 2kg weight purchase and includes online milestone tracking. Delivered through local postal providers. The price starts at $10 USD.

Express – This offers worldwide coverage for time-sensitive domestic and international shipping needs and includes tracking and proactive delivery notifications. Delivered through local postal providers (if required). Price starts at $20 USD.

Delivery Times:

Standard Mail takes anywhere between 7-20 working days to arrive for countries including NZ, all of Asia Pacific, Europe, USA, Canada, and the Middle East. The rest of the world takes anywhere between 11-30 working days.

Express Mail takes 4-8 working days to arrive.

Shovava uses Australia Post for all domestic shipments. It is a leading parcel delivery expert that offers nationwide coverage across Australia. Prices start at $9.

If you purchased shipping with tracking or express services, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. In the event that you did not receive this email notification, please contact us at info@shovava.com

RETURNS:

If you don't LOVE it, we'll reimburse or exchange an unworn or unused item within 30 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for any duty, import taxes, or customs charges you may incur. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift. To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our little business would not be able to handle.
